Dr. Carmen M. Castro became the Founder of two multinational corporations in 2006 Aurora International Executive Solutions Hong Kong, LTD; Aurora International Executive Solutions, LLC. Then in 2012 under the international name brand of Aurora International Executive Solutions, LLC a new division was born under the name Aurora International Executive Headhunter Recruiting Firm, LLC which mission is to provide International Executive Recruiting Placement Services for Multinational corporations and to share our international knowledge base in International Business Consulting with Fortune 500 Companies and Business Executives around the world.

In 1999, Dr. Castro was awarded the “Rising Star Award” by The Latino Job Service Employer Committee for her endless efforts of developing entrepreneurial programs and economic growth in the City of New York.

Dr. Castro has also been a Guest Speaker and Panelist at the 7th Leading CEO Summit and The 7th Middle East CEO Awards at The Burj Al Arab Hotel in Dubai on April 21st, 2010. The Summit witnessed the presence of H.H. Sheikh Khalid Bin Zayed Saqar Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Bin Zayed Group UAE. The Summit held open discussion between guest speakers, Dr. Saoud Bin Hamoud Al Sahli, Director General of Information and Studies, Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ms. Ruth Field, Chief Executive Officer, Joshua Group in Dubai, UAE and Dr. Carmen M. Castro, D.B.A., Founder & CEO of Aurora International Executive Solutions, LLC.

The Panel Topic Discussion: Middle East CEO’s and Decision Maker’s Challenges and Opportunities for the Middle East. Then, on March 8th, 2010 Dr. Castro also became a Guest Speaker at The 12th, WOIBEX at The Burj Al Arab Hotel in Dubai. This event was organized by Mr. Ali Al Kamali who is the Managing Director of Datamatix. Dr. Castro spoke about exploring the many business opportunities that are available for Middle-Eastern women in the field of international business consulting and international corporate name branding.

Dr. Castro is also an International Academician at various universities around world teaching International Business Management, International Economics, International H.R., International Marketing and International Finance for Master and Doctoral degree students in the UAE, Europe, Asia and the Americas.

Educational Background

Dr. Castro has a Doctorate of Business Administration in International Business (D.B.A.) major area of expertise International Economics and International Business Management at Argosy University of Sarasota, Florida. A Master degree in International Business M.I.B., in the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) from the University of Sarasota, Florida and a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Economics B.S., from Empire State College (State University of New York State). Dr. Castro is fluent in various multi-international languages and she travels extensively throughout The Middle East, Asia, Europe, the Americas and the Caribbean.
